Meet Dr. Platt
Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Dr. Jay Platt earned his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1986. He then completed a general practice residency at Indiana University Medical Center, followed by a three-year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency — one of the most rigorous surgical training paths in dentistry.
In 1992, Dr. Platt achieved board certification from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a distinction held by a select group of surgeons who have demonstrated the highest level of knowledge and skill.
Today, he leads a team of dedicated professionals who share his mission: to provide patients with a consistent, comprehensive experience founded on trust and mutual respect. From complex jaw reconstruction to routine extractions, every patient receives the same careful attention.
